Vouchers
Gift vouchers (£15, £25, £40, £50, £75) are to be redeemed in-store only & not to be used as an online coupon against any of our other products/events.
Please present to a member of staff at the time of payment, these are to be used in replace of or addition to the normal method of payments.
By way of example, an Om Burger gift card purchased in the UK shall have a redemption period of 12 months from the date of issue.
The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
You can Top-Up or perform a Balance enquiry at our Bristol Store by taking your card to the till point.
Coupons / Promotions
Coupons entitle the bearer to the applicable promo offer.
Please present to a member of staff to scan the QR Code or give your alphanumeric code to a member to staff to be validated.
Discount is only valid during promotion dates.
Unless otherwise stated coupons cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.
Unless otherwise stated coupons are limited to one use per bearer.
All Coupons & Promotions are subject to the manager’s discretion and we reserve the right to amend/withdraw any and all promotions at any time.
